Lindsey Babcock is a licensed mental health counselor and the founder of Grow with Me Counseling, based in Ormond Beach, Florida. She holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. In addition to her academic achievements, Lindsey has completed advanced training through multiple Psychwire certifications and pursued studies at St. John’s University’s College of Pharmacy.
At Grow with Me Counseling, Lindsey provides comprehensive clinical care tailored to individual needs, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Her services extend to both in-person and virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients. She also offers specialized Performance Coaching for athletes at all levels, helping them optimize mental resilience and achieve peak performance. Beyond clinical work, Lindsey oversees all aspects of business operations—from compliance and financial management to marketing and technology—maintaining a standard of excellence in care delivery.
Deeply committed to community engagement, Lindsey serves as an advisor for YES Youth Emotional Support and as a mentor with the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation. She frequently delivers educational presentations on adolescent mental health and caregiver wellness to students, parents, educators, and community organizations, fostering awareness and support for mental well-being.
